Production technology

Eleven fully-automatic packaging machines with a dosing-auger-system or a multi-head weightersystem are currently in operation at our premises.

Our top-quality products are packaged in small bags in a modified atmosphere. This technology has the following advantages:

sensitive products with a high fat content cannot turn rancid
pest development is prevented

The exclusive use of compound foils with oxygen barrier protects our products. Special foils can be used for crispy products.

Every production line is equipped with a metal detector to ensure that every bag produced is free of metal traces.

Packaging options

Foil
Depending on the product properties, we use a variety of compound foils. Additionally and in cooperation with our foil manufacturers we continuously work on new developments and strive on using less plastic.

Variety of bags
Our versatile technology enables customers to select from a range of individual packaging options from 30g to 1000g available in five different bag sizes.

To suit requirements we are able to label on both sides, to applicate re-closure labels or to print the product name directly onto the packaging foil

Stand-up bag

The stand-up bag protects its contents through the use of composite films with UV guard and an oxygen barrier. A special film is used for crisp products. The high-barrier films guarantee highest standards for long-lasting freshness.

Stand-up bag with peel-seal

The peel-seal has the advantage of not requiring scissors for opening. The bag can simply be opened by pulling the sides apart by hand.

Stand-up bag with clip

The advantage of the stand-up bag with clip is that the bag is easy to re-seal after it has been opened. This ensures the longer-lasting freshness of products.

Cuboid bag

Cuboid bags are mainly used for cereals and bakery seeds but are also suitable for other products. The optional re-closure label guarantees effective re-sealability.

Doy-bag

The latest innovation is doy-bag packaging. This kind of bag can also feature an integrated zip, facilitating rapid and easy re-sealing.

Flat-bag

The flat bag is distinguished by its dual seal at the top and bottom. This form of packaging saves space and rounds off our extensive range.

LOGISTICS / SECONDARY PACKAGING

We define the best logistics processes (packaging unit, stacking plan, pallet height,…) in close coordination with our customers. Cardboards or displays can be developed individually and tailored to special customer requirements.
